Real Talk

I should take that time to do something that makes My Soul happy 
It would be great to practice that daily... 


Creating time for my "Self" is easier said than done
But then I considered Life...and concluded, there's just One.



My Soul deserves to be happily living,
When it is, there is a surplus of energy.... you know, the good kind...enough for giving.


I will admit tending to My Nephesh may be a little overdue,
"Let Me live, that I may praise You"...

Traveling Light

I let go.....I was ready to vibrate Higher and at the speed of Light...

Often enough, having extra baggage with us holds us down from full Ascension. 

To keep going up or to keep on reaching higher levels, leaving behind the extra weight is essential.
